I have not seen any record of her exact spelling of the name. She died in Seminole County Okla. I was curious if my Maudie could be Mattie here is the information as follows: Maudie Rachel Andrews born 5-12-1885 in Mansfield, Mo. m. George Washington Hill. Died in 1953 The photos that I have she is clearly of indian descent. My uncle said we were Cherokee. Hope we are related. Holly Harber
