I don't know, but I can give you a Readers' Digest version of my husband's line. Henry Andrew, Henry Carson Andrews, Elon Andrews (who fought in the Civil War), David Andrews, Rilla Mae Andrews, Harry Foxworthy, James Foxworthy, who is my husband. They settled in Bartholomew county, IN. Rilla moved away when she married Homer Foxworthy and they came to Indianapolis (Marion county) IN. Hope this helps a little. Peggy Miles Foxworthy

I only have two generations here. My grandfather was born in England and went to Canada and then to Hollywood Calif. I have one ancestor who went to the colonies (Abraham 1800's) but he did that late in life and know not if he married or had children. So you see I really don't have a family tree here in the states this is why I did not put that info. into my post.

My G Grandfather Marshall Andrews (b Market Deeping 1841), married Caroline Bristow and lived in Sudbury Suffolk where they owned a hardware store. They had 5 children: George Marshall, Carrie Rosina, Herbert, Florence and Lydia. Her father was either Richard or Robert Andrews (I can't remember which was the father and which was the son) and her grandfather was buried in either Lavenham or Long Melford church yard (again, I can't remeber which it is, or if it is another churchyard in the area) - there is one of those long low stones near the door appearently. I understand that he was a farmer, who cut his son out of his will. I'd be very interested to find out more - there seem to be a lof of Andrews-es in the area. I'd be grateful for any help anyone could offer me.
