If you've been searching hard, you probably know Thomas was a very popular given name in the various Andrews lines. North Carolina was full of them in the late 18th century and early 19th century (the era I'm researching). The one I have in my database close to the right age in Georgia was born to Alexander and Abigail ANDREWS and listed in his will (proved March 1807 in Greene Co, GA). Siblings listed in the will were Betsy, Matilda, and Nancy. I have no other information on this family. It's just something I picked up on when trying to find the parents of Frederick ANDREWS (c1800-1846) m. 1828 Pulaski Co, GA to Eliza ODOM (1808-1882) dau of James Madison ODOM, Sr. (1779-c1830) and g.d. of Archibald ODOM, RS, MG (1759-1845). We kinda think now that Frederick is from the William Hill ANDREWS line but I'd sure like some proof! Good hunting! Dot Ask 10 of your friends to vote!
