Hi I am new to this mailing list and would like to find the military records of my GGG Grandfather. He is not listed on the Andersonville Prison records thru his name and I have tried several spellings or thru his unit. Can anyone tell me how to contact the National Archives to find if they have anything on him. Also, I would like to find if his widow received any pension. She was left with 5 children.
