    3. Hi Denise, I found your g-grandfather, Cyrus Tucker listed on the muster rolls in the Illinois State Archives. Go to: http://www.sos.state.il.us/cgi-bin/civilwar?92 All you have to do is scroll down to his name. He is listed as being in Co. C with the 92nd Infantry. It also says he was from Mt. Carroll, Illinois. You might search around this site and any other links they have for land grants and pensions. You can also apply for his military service records at the National Archives in Wash.D.C. Their web address is: http://www.nara.gov/genealogy/civilwar.html Again, just scroll down the page until you see their email address for requesting Form NATF 80. Instructions are all on the page.
