Rich, My cousin sent for our great-grandfather's pension records, but in the papers he gave me there is one document called a "Memorandum From Prisoner Of War Records". It definitely lists where he was captured, the date, his time in Andersonville and when he was paroled. Maybe you have to request this specific document, not just the pension records. I don't know if my cousin recalls what all he requested, but I can check. Hope this helps a little. I'm new to this list, so I'm sure there are others who know exactly what to request.
