C. This is in the Old Ninety Six, S. C. area. Walter married Patience Ready who was 25 years his Jr. He and Patience had two sons Gibeon Walter and Samuel Mathew; they married sisters. I found Samuel Anderson's will in Abbeville, S. C., he had a son named Walter, but I have not been able to prove this is my line. Any leads will be greatly appreciated. Betty Jones

I am interested in the Jacob Anderson cited below. I have been researching Franklin Anderson 1827-1898 who lived in Owsley County, and Laurel County, Kentucky from at least 1849 till 1898. According to the census he was born in Virginia and his father and mother were born in North Carolina. This is my brick wall on this line and I really have no clues outsie Owsley County. Does anyone know of a Franklin that may be the child of Jacob or some of Jacob's allied families.
