I'm looking for information on the family of my great-grandfather, Matthias ANDERSON (probably changed from ANDERSEN or ANDRESEN). He was born about 1837 on the island of Fehmarn, and died in Binghamton NY on 26 SEP 1911. He is buried in Elmira, NY. He had six brothers, one named Louis, and possibly a sister or two. He married Bridget FLANAGAN, and they appear to have had 4 sons (Theodore, Matthias, James, and Edward) and a daughter Margaret (maybe a second daughter Mary).
