GA Belive James mother's first name is Ann. the Land Lottery of 1827 there is listed in Captain Bell's District in Elbert Co., (the Mobley's {Francis and orphans of Issac Mobley, Elizabeth parent's} also lived in this district) a Ann Anderson, it expalins her husband has been mising for more three years. She is able to have 1 draw. The only persons eligible to participate were Rev soliders, widows of Rev soliders, white males over age 18 who lived in GA for more than 3 years, soliders of 1812, soliders of Indian wars and persons who had not taken part in previous lotteries.
