Phyllis, My Samuel , was born in Virginia , he was born 1876 , lived their until he was about 19 or 20 he married a and lived out his life in Beaver , Raleigh Co. W.V. I did see while in the courthouse in Hinton , Summers Co. , several Samuel's, also Raleigh co. Courthouse.
