Hi: Saw your information on the Anderson-L-Rootsweb listing. I notice that you are a decendent of Vinson Anderson of Telfair County Georgia. On the 1840 census of Telfair County there is a Vinson Anderson (page282)and George Anderson (page 289) listed. Do you know if they are related? George may be a gggrandfather of mine? Thanks for any help you can give me.Charles. Someone with MY Andersons!!! Vinson is my gg Grandfather !! I have been "searching" for about 17 years now and have quite a bit of information on the line. One of Vinson's sons, Robert ... my g grandfather, was born in 1825 in Telfair county. Since Robert was born in 1825 it isn't likely that your Henry is a direct descendent of Vinson's. There were other Andersons in the vacinity though. Do you know Henry's parents? Maybe I can help you that way?
