Searching for anyone who is connected to the above James ANDERSON, m. ca. 1801, Rachel HOPKINS; they had twelve children, some of whom migrated to Highland Co., OH. with them by 1820. I am descended from one of those children, James ANDERSON, Jr., b. ca. 1791, served in the War of 1812, and became a captain. He married Margaret BROOKS and settled in Madison Twp., Highland Co., OH. in 1822. They had four children: Sarah, b. 1823 (m. Robert WORTHINGTON), William (my GGgrandfather), b. 1821, Samuel, and Andrew Jackson, b.1827 (Andrew d. at the age of 12). I would like to share information. Lynne jesse@the-onramp.net
