Sarah, William and Bette were William Anderson Jr. and his third wife, Elizabeth Leake. The mother of Thomas Jefferson Anderson was Nancy Farrar but she died when he was very young, so the only mother he would have remembered was Elizabeth Leake although he did honor his mother by naming a daughter Nancy Farrar Anderson. His son, Robert T. Anderson was giving the information and Elizabeth Leake Anderson was the only grandmother he knew.
