I found a Byron Anderson listed in the Muster Roll of the G 10 Inf & sent for his Civil War records. According to the Civil War records, Byron was born on Jan 11, 1839 in Darwin, married Hulda Besser, died bet 1920-23, possibly in Pittsburg, KS. Unfortunately, there is no mention of his parents' names but there is a good possiblity that he is a son of James B. Anderson & Nancy G. McClure, my gr-gr-grandparents.
