Glad to see all the Anderson postings maybe I will be lucky!! I am searching for the Parents of John W. Anderson, born Jan 23, 1823 in Indiana. Where???? Married Sara Emiline Sinclair, daughter of Able Sinclair, Jan 22, 1843 in Macoupin County Ill. Sara was born in Anderson, Cty, Tenn. According to censes records John Ws father was born in Kentucky and his mother was born in Indiana. Thus it is most likely that they were married in Indiana before 1843. John and Sara moved to Johnson County, Missouri, then Linn County Kansas, and finally Wilson County Kansas. I can find John and Sara in the 1850 Macoupin County, Censes along with there children and have been able to follow them from then on. However I can not determine that they were related to any of the Anderson's in the Macoupin County, Ill. area. I hope someone is looking for this lost man. Thank You Randy Anderson, Bartlesville, Ok
