Lewis Cnty and Chariton Cnty are about 80 miles apart, and while it's not unusual to see common names (like James or Thomas Anderson), I would not expect to see many Celia Ann's. But, I've been known to be wrong today.:-) I'm most certain that my Celia Ann Anderson was born to Thomas Anderson and Nancy Curtis in 1830; but I'll keep an open mind and see what becomes of this.
