I also have the papers referred to in this message. However, I believe there is some document which follows which states that the applicant has become a citizen. My GGrandfather stated that his citizenship papers were lost in a fire at the county seat where they were filed, but had the document mentioned. It leads me to believe that this paper is an application for citizenship, but not the actual citizenship papers.
