Does anyone recognize any of these names? My great-granduncle, Andrew Lair Anderson, remained in MO. when the remainder of the family moved to Texas. His sister, Francis Ann also stayed there. We have little info. on these Anderson relatives. Most of their children were born in Lewis Co., Mo. Other MO. counties mentioned in the history are Shelby and Knox. Andrew Lair Anderson's children were named: John Joseph Rebecca Sarah (m. Joseph S. Nelson) Martha J. Mary Elizabeth(m. Wesley Cave) Elizabeth J. Benjamin C.(died young) Andrew Matilda. The above were born from 1836 to 1857. Frances Ann Anderson and John Jones children's names were typical except for one: Mary E William H. Elizabeth H. John A.(wife:Jane,children: William,Alice,James,Florence,Mary,May) Napoleon B. Mariah. Do any of these names look familiar? I have info on their ancestry that I will exchange for their descendants.
