I am seeking information about Olaf ANDERSON, b. 2 Feb 1869 or 1870, Mosjøen, Nordland Co., Norway, to parents Johan ANDERSON and Carrie. He arrived in the U.S. June 24, 1887. Olaf married Marie Olson LYBECK in 1890, and they lived in Lincoln Co., South Dakota and Sioux Co., Iowa. U.S. sources for Olaf state his birthplace as Mosjøen, but I have yet to find any Norwegian records to support this. Can anyone help me in finding out more about this family? Thanks for your help.
