My parents have just returned from Europe and while there they visited the American military cemetary at Normandy. They found several markers of ANDERSON men from Jackson, Roane and Greenbrier and my Dad was asking me if I knew whether or not they were related. I don't have any military history notes of men who may have died there. They did take pictures of these markers as well as a few other WV markers and when developed they will give me a copy. I'll try to post the names and if anyone "belongs" to them will send you a copy. It is an awesome sight - if you saw the movie "Saving Private Ryan" then you would recognize the cemetary from there. In the meantime, if anyone has information on ANDERSON men that died at Normandy, I would greatly appreciate your sharing the information with me. Kay San Antonio, TX
