Just got some NARA pension records for Byron ANDERSON, another of my gr-grandmother's brothers. Byron was born in 1839 in Clark Cty, IL, lived in Darwin. He married Hulda Besser & it looks like they had a son (born 1867, possibly J. B. Anderson, named after Byron's father James B. Anderson?) & daughter (1863-1894). Unfortunately, his handwriting is difficult to read. In 1890 he was living in Marshall, Clark, IL & later moved to Pittsburg, Crawford, KS where he died. Does anyone have any Irish Andersons in Kansas? Mary Jane L.
