This is the first time I've written to the Anderson list. I'm looking for members of John ANDERSON family from Perquimans Co NC. John was born 1694, his daughter, Mary born 1720, married William ARNOLD in Perquimans Co. Does any one have proof of this marriage? William & Mary Arnold are my 5th great grand parents, they are listed in the Encyclopedia of American Quaker Geneaology, Vol 1 by Wm Wade Hinshaw. This couple died in NC in Feb 1773 and their daugh-in-law Rebecca Arnold died at the same time. Does anyone know the reason for the deaths? Was it disease, Indian uprising or something else?
