Hello, I am looking for the family of Orpha Anderson who was born in Virginia in about 1776, and married Jeremiah Milner in January 1800, Halifax County, Virginia. They later moved to Franklin/Hart County, Georgia, where, beginning about 1850, they became known as "MILLER." I am trying to find information on the ancestors of Orpha and of Jeremiah. I saw one place on the web that gives Orpha's father as Meads or Meads Anderson, and I think this makes sense since there was a Medes Milner (1840 Census) near them after they moved to GA (who, could well be their son, and named for Orpha's father). Can anyone help me find Orpha's parents? I have not been able to find any document that shows her father to be Meads (or anyone else). I would appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction! Thank you very much! LouDean
