I am looking for Mary's maiden name and the parents of both John L and Mary. John L was born about 1816 in NC and Mary was born about 1817 in NC, according to census records. Their children were: Miram/Miriam (~1837), Lavinia (~1839), Rachel (~1840), James M (~1842), Mary A (~1852), Jesse P. (17 Feb 1856). My line is through Jesse P Fernando Anderson who wed Mary Ann Queen in Clay County NC on 24 Jul 1873). The children of Jesse and Mary Ann Anderson were: Lula (b 26 Dec 1873), Forrest (b ~1877), Nancy Z (b ~1879), Loma (b 7 Apr 1881), Gertrude Mae (b 25 Nov 1881), Magnolia (Nola) (b ~1883), Blen (b ~1885) and George S (b 26 June 1888). All the preceding are females, except George. In 1880 or soon after the Jesse Anderson family moved to Bartow County, GA and settled near Cassville. All their children married and remained in Georgia. Jesse and Mary Ann are buried in Cassville Cemetery along with Gertrude Anderson Yarbrough, Lula P Anderson (wife of George S), and two persons believed to be John L and Mary (parents of Jesse, et al). Lula Anderson married William Joseph Hall (these are my great grandparents); Forrest married Joseph C. Lowery; Loma married Howard Holmes; Gertrude Mae (Gertie) married E V Yarbrough; Magnolia (Nola) married Julius Greene; Blen married Alex Presley and George S married Lula unknown. If any of these names are known to any list member, I would greatly appreciate any information you have on the descendents of Jesse and Mary Ann Anderson's children.
