He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Nettie Anderson; his brothers and sister, David Anderson, Russell Anderson and Arlene Crowe. Survivors include his wife, Carole G. Anderson; children, John D. Anderson, Kathy Walker and husband Dan, Rick Anderson and wife C.J.; grandchildren, Jason and Staci Anderson; grandpets, Tina and Sam; and sisters, Julia Long and husband Ernie, Charlotte Robinson, Nanie B.
