    3. Hello Trena or Toni Not sure of your name, also I confuse very easy. My name is Paul Pruitt and I am working on my wife's family line. Her grand mother was an Anderson. We had about decided that her great grand father was beamed down from a space ship. No one in the family knew their names, only that they lived in VA. Then we found his parents names on his death record. With that we were able to tie the line in with Pat Anderson's web site and take it back to Lawrence Anderson Sr. born 1652 in Scotland Lawrence arrived in the Maryland Colony by 1671 looks like he as an indentured servant to Capt. William Boreman. When he first arrived, and he first lived in Charles County, MD. He married Mary Plunket who was born in 1661 in England. They had four children: William, Thomas, James and Lawrence Jr. His son Lawrence Anderson Jr. born 1703 in Maryland. He married Mary Kirkpatrick who was born in 1705 in Scotland. They had eight children: James, Elizabeth, Hanna, Sarah, William, David, John and Gorge. James Anderson was born in 1726 in Caroline Co. VA. He married Magaret True in Sportsylvania Co. VA 1746. They lived in Caroline Co VA til 1750 then moved to Cumberland Co. VA. Two of their children were born Caroline Co. VA and the other three were born in Cumberland Co. VA. Their children were: Lawrence, James, George, William James and Jesse. Can you tell me if any of this ties in with your lines back to Scotland?? I have no idea where in Scotland, or his parents names. Would appreciate you help on this. Thanks for your time and effort. Talk to you later. 3. Hello, Paul - Jesse Anderson is a family name on my mother's side and I would like to know if you have any information on the descendents of the children listed in your message below (Lawrence, James, George, William James and Jesse). My great-great grandfather, Jesse Anderson, was born about 1856 in NC to John L and Mary Anderson. I realize this is a lot later than your Jesse, but thought the name might have carried down. Thank you, Blanche Wallace -----Original Message----- From: Paul D.
