There will be a combined Nelson/Johnson Reunion at the Farmer's Grove Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in the Blockhouse Valley area of Anderson County on July 15th, beginning at 11:00 for the descendants of John Johnson and Eliza Hensley Johnson and Jave Nelson and Ellen Evans Nelson. Jave and Ellen Nelson'schildren included David, Henry, Catherine, Frank, Tom, Cynthia, Page, Taylor, Sam and Clara. A covered dish lunch will be served at the reunion around noon. Following lunch, there will be fun, games and prizes for the kids and music for the older folks to enjoy. Bring your musical instruments if you want to join in.
