Betty, If you are using Outlook express, you go to TOOLS, then Message Rules, then Block Sender's List. Then you highlight the name you want to remove from the list and click on remove. Under my Yahoo account, you have to go to Mail options and click on Block Senders. It also allows you to remove names from that list.
