Close... but no banana ... Most of my relatives dating back to 1793 come from Burke, Buncombe, McDowell or Cherokee Counties in N.C ... they migrated in the mid- 1800's to Fannin Co. Ga., when it became a county sometime after the Cherokee removal. The Anderson Family Cemetery in Fannin County dates back to 1863 to my great, great, great grandfather, Samuel Anderson and his wife Millie (Ballew)...
