    2. Joseph E. Anderson born 1837 Elbert Co., GA, died May 1911 in Elbert Co., GA He served in South Carolina, Evans Brigade, Company F, Holcomb's Legion of the Confederate Army. He lost a leg at the battle of Second Mannassas, in VA.
