Hi all, I have been a subscriber of Ancestry.com for three years. I have lots of complaints about them. I have sent them emails describing the problems and have received replies. When I renewed this year I was able to fill out a questionnaire rating them on their service. Boy, did they get an eyeball full. I feel that when you subscribe and pay a lot of money (I think) that you should not have to be their proofreader! They have so many mistakes on their site it is unbelievable. The latest is: I did a search of the 1920 census for the surname NEWMAN in St. Louis County, born Missouri and got nothing as search results. Well, I had done this before and had gotten 82 results. So just don't give up! Keep trying! It's the craziest thing I have ever seen. By the way, I no longer send them corrections on their mistakes. If they want that they can pay me. Take care, Judy Minihan
