Hi Mary, The original document of the Riedesel War/Order Book (actually a collection of loose papers), is owned by The New York Historical Society, and they used to have a microfilm of it that was available for loan to historical organizations and libraries, and may still be. I should warn you that it's all written in script, and some information is very hard to read. This list's founder, the late John Helmut Merz, never saw the Riedesel papers or the microfilm, but used to consult a transcript of it; I don't know where you would find this - it would be wonderful if the transript was available so that more people with an interest in the troops that Riedesel commanded could have access.
