I found some interesting videos at a World News website: http://wn.com/Hessian_soldiers Hessian soldiers Part 1 and 2 Driving Tour of Carlisle Barracks Historical Moments-Reed Gold Mine (the Hessian portion starts about 3 1/2 minutes into the video, but tells of a soldier named John Reed as researched by the Johannes Schwalm Association) . There is also the 1909 Hessian Renegades film I posted earlier, plus other items you may or may not find interesting, if you look around.
