Hi All: In “Johannes Schwalm the Hessian”, p. 231 begins “A Composite List of Hessian, Waldeck & British Prisoners Located in Lancaster 1777 & 1778”. In that list, File No. 53, Source Code g, is listed Georg Blumme, Artiliary Regiment, no Company listed. He is listed as having worked for Philip Gloninger in Lebanon, PA, but no Lancaster Exchange List numbers are given. This would indicate to me that he wasn’t available for exchange in 1777 & 1778.
