I may be wrong, but I don't think there is one. In his monograph, Clifford Neal Smith published a list from the "Acta Militaria" (a copy of which is housed at the Library of Congress) that lists the men and their ages in--probably--1783, at the end of the war, before they were marched up the Valley. It is a list of Brunswick (Braunschweig) soldiers, but I'm not sure if it was technically a barracks roster. Others will undoubtedly know more.
