I too would be interested in purchasing about 10 pins. This is the first time I have posted but I follow the board and find it interesting and I think that this topic about Hessian pins is appropriate. My Hessian ancestor is Georg Johan Vessenbecker (Fesenbecker), 6th Co Jagerbatalion who settled in Western Maryland after being captured and released after the war. He purchased military lots 3858 and 3859 on Big Savage Mt in what is now Garrett County Maryland. His name was Americanized to Fazenbaker in early records and it is believed that everyone with the surname of Fazenbaker is a descendant of George Fazenbaker. If anyone has any additional info or needs any information about George Fazenbaker I would like to correspond. Thanks, John O.
