My questions would be about the names of the 5 male and 5 female children for the first Hausner couple. I was given your e-mail address by Mr. John Merz the researcher of Hessian soldiers in the American Revolution, in an up-date he sent me on Johann Daniel Haus(s)ner and wife Anna Susanna (nee: Roumans) Haus(s)ner. John lists you and I under "Descendants of record" ............... In the up-date John writes .... there were 5 boys and 5 girls in the original family and the marriage of Dan and Anna took place in New York. Would you be willing to share information ? I am in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada..... Here in the records of the "Dutch Church" I can find baptisms for two sons, 3 Jan 1790 Charles Godfrey Hausner and Oct 1790 James William Hausner My husband descends from Susan Barbara Hausner who married Neil MacLean in Halifax on Mar 3/ 1813. S. Barbara was born about 1789, where ? I believe Susan Barbara to be a daughter of Dan and Anna Susanna but, I have not been able to find her baptism here in Halifax ??
