    3. Being brand new to this site, I didn't anticipate many questions on my posting, but I'll try to answer each as follows: 1. About posting the list of 182 names. I just checked, and the information goes on for 30 pages. It includes service info, where he settled, who he married, his occupation, church affiliation, names of children, etc. Too much to post I should think. 2. The difference between Ft. Frederick and the Hessian Barracks at Frederick, Md. I didn't know the difference until I read this booklet, and entered "Hessian Barracks, Frederick, Md. on Google. 3. Sorry, no Schmeltz. Schmeiss (Johann) was the closest I found. I simply called the Pennsylvania German Society at (215) 581-1441 and ordered the book on the phone. The Publication is called Der Reggeboge (the rainbow) Volume 23/1989/2, Title: Prisoners of War in Frederick County, Maryland, During the American Revolution. Author: Lion G. Miles. Hope this answers the current questions. If not let me know and we'll keep trying. Bill
