I have an ancestor John Dolly who was a Hession and I would like to know what he did in the War. I only know for sure that by 1792 he owned land and was paying tax in Pendleton Co., WV; in 1794 he was on the Muster Roll of Pendleton Militia of Capt. Wm Gragg's Co. Also, I would like to know where he came from in GY. I do know where he lived in Pendleton Co and where he is buried on his farm. He lived to be 98 yrs old.
