Joseph McReynolds (1715 Ireland-1805 Tennessee) married Sarah Dixon, served in American Revolution from Campbell County, Virginia in Capt. Harry Terrell's Company, 5th Virginia Regiment, Lt. Col Josiah Parker Commander (later became Col and then resigned in 1778,  then head of a militia in 1781) Joseph served from Aug. 1776 to May 1777 according to one site /The little I found on Josiah Parker was in Washington's Papers. I have a bunch of info on the McReynolds but was hoping to find American Revolution info.  I can't even locate a "reenactment group" on the 5th Virginia and no muster roll. I can find nothing else on the 5th Virginia Regiment.  Any help appreciated .... Judy [email protected]
