Hi, Only one troop from the 3rd VA is listed on the muster roll for VF, a paymaster. Yet presumably the regiment participated in the battle of Brandywine which I think occurred just before the quartering at VF. Did the regiment or one into which the 3rd VA had recently combined go elsewhere after Brandywine, etc.? Did essentially no one from the 2nd or 3rd VA go into bivouac at the Forge? Thanks.
