I have often wondered if this is open to the public or if you have to have a library card there. I was asking if the RELIC library in Manassas was open to the public or if you have to have a librarcy card there to avail yourself of its services. I have been to the wonderful DAR library in Washington, D.C. I believe there is a fee there, bu it is open to the public. thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dee" <deedovey@rica.net> To: <AMERICAN-REVOLUTION-L@rootsweb.com>; <AMERICAN-REVOLUTION-D@rootsweb.com> Sent: March 30, 2002 12:08 AM Subject: Re: AMERICAN-REVOLUTION-D Digest V02 #80 I have often wondered if this is open to the public or if you have to have a library card there.
