Michael Messinger~ Johann Conrad Bloss (b. 1716 in Germany, d. 1776) PA, Pvt., served in the "Flying Camp (North)" in 1776 at Amboy. On muster roll August 6, 1776 I believe he may have been killed on Long Island in 1776. Henry (Heinrich) Bloss (b. 1754, d. 1834) PA, Carbon Co., 4th Battalion, 3rd company, 3rd class 1780, 1782 (don't think he saw active duty) Both were from Towamensing Township in PA.
