He married (1) Matilda Mullins on Thursday, December 07, 1865, in Letcher County, Kentucky. He married (2) Elizabeth "Betty" Jane Pigman before 1882. He married (3) Nancy Thomas on Monday, August 19, 1895, in Hindman, Knott County, Kentucky. He married (4) Cordelia Catherine Pugh Rivers Hammonds on Saturday, November 17, 1917, in Big Doubles, Knott County, Kentucky. He died on Wednesday, May 14, 1930, in Thornton, Letcher County, Kentucky. He was buried in the Wiley Francis Amburgey Cemetery overlooking the Big Doubles in Bath, Knott County, Kentucky. He was the son of Thomas Francis Amburgey and Mary "Polly" Madden. Does anyone see any errors or have any additions?
