Even if you have posted your lines in the past would you please take a moment to repost them. Many people have joined the list in the past month and you might miss a connection. Although LURKERS are welcome, I'd like to ask each of you to post those lines, information and queries. There are many people who have been on the list for quite some time and haven't taken the time to post anything. EXAMPLE: There are almost 90 people on the BALDWIN List and only 25 different people have posted. We are missing something here. I will be comparing the list of those that post in the next week against the master list of subscribers. If you don't post anything then I'm going to send you a personal request. If for some reason you don't wish to post anything to the list, would you please let me know why. I can understand some new people being a little hesitant, after all some of the internet users can be pretty intolerant of mistakes. Don't worry about that, if anyone gets flamed, just let me know and the person doing the flaming is history... I have decided to drop my AOL account for a variety of reasons, but would still like to take advantage of that feature. Greetings to all, A brand new genealogy organization has been formed at Rootsweb! This organization is called the International Internet Genealogical Society or IIGS and membership is open to all who are interested in genealogy worldwide. We hope to link together genealogists and genealogy resources all over the world through this organization.
