Second St., Harrisburg, died Tuesday, August 12, 1986, in Bella Teresa Nursing Home, Harrisburg. She was a native of Lebanon. Daughter of the late Philip and Elizabeth Blouch Allwein, she was a retired supervisor for the Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce and it's housing bureau. A member of St. Patrick Cathedral and the Legion of Mary, she was also active in St. Catherine Laboure Church in Harrisburg. Surviving are sisters Margaret S. Allwein, Harrisburg; Bertha A. Barry, Lebanon; a brother, Raphael J. Allwein, Lancaster; several nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews. ALLWEIN - In Harrisburg on August 12, 1986. Helen V.
