Allwein, of Swatara township, died on Saturday from scarlet fever, following an illness of four days. He was a farmer. 38 years old, and leaves his wife and five children: Andrew A., Eva I., Margaret H., Theodore W. and Raphael E. His father, Theodore Allwein, and the following brothers and sisters are left: Charles, of Swatara township, Edward, North Lebanon; Stella, this city , and Lucy, at home. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church. Private funeral services were held this afternoon at 3;30 o'clock at the open grave in St. Mary's cemetery. Rev. William E. Martin, assistant rector at St. Mary's church, being in charge. P. H. Thompson was the undertaker.
