Lebanon Daily News Tuesday Evening September 21, 1948 MRS. SARAH MICHAELS DIES AT SPRINGFIELD, MASS. Mrs. Sarah Michaels, a former resident of Lebanon, wife of Joseph Michaels, died at 10:15 o'clock Monday night at her home, 80 Commonwealth Avenue, Springfield, Mass. She suffered from a complication of ailments for sometime and was confined to bed for two months in her last illness. She was born and reared in Lebanon,a daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Guare) Allwein. In addition to her husband she leaves a son, Joseph Jr. and a daughter, Patricia, both at home. Mrs. Lloyd Gingrich, Lebanon, is a sister, and Policeman Andrew Allwein. this city, is a brother. The body will be brought here for burial. Lebanon Daily News Friday Evening September 24, 1948 BURY MRS. SARA MICHAELS IN HOLY CROSS CEMETERY A Requiem Mass was solemnized in St. Mary's Church this morning by Rev. Werner Hemmelgarn for Mrs. Sara Michaels of 80 Commonwealth Avenue, Springfield, Mass., wife of Joseph Michaels. Interment took place in Holy Cross Cemetery. Members of the family were bearers.
