Allwein The Daily News, Lebanon, PA Thursday May 25, 1989 LEBANON NATIVE KILLED IN CRASH Word has been received of the death of Regina H. Combs, a former Lebanon resident, who died in a traffic accident in Tampa, Fla. on Saturday, May 20, 1989. Mrs. Combs, 58, was a resident of Tampa. Her son, Timothy, remains in St. Joseph's Hospital, Tampa, with injuries sustained in the accident. Tampa police were unable to provide details of the crash. Mrs. Combs was a Daughter of Howard H. Arnold and the late Mable Allwein Arnold. Surviving, in addition to her father and son, are a daughter, Terry Combs, Tampa; her stepmother, Viola Arnold, Lebanon; sisters Sara Arnold, Myerstown; Gertrude Trompeter, Lebanon, Catherine Parisi, Longport, NJ, Frances Emas, Philadelphia, Sister Agnes Leona, Pottsville, Rose Felty, Fort Washington MD., and Geraldine Peiffer, Schwenksville; brothers Howard H. Arnold, Jr., Lebanon, Joseph V. Arnold, Lebanon, Robert J. Arnold, Fredericksburg, William Arnold, Midway, N.C., Raymond P. Arnold, Lebanon.
