KLEIN, JR. Joseph A. Klein, Jr., 88, of 16 E. Walnut St., Lebanon, died of natural causes Sunday, March 18, 2001, in his home. He was the husband of Lorraine R. McKinney Klein, with whom he celebrated a 62 wedding anniversary in October. Born October 31, 1912, in Lebanon, he was a son of the late Joseph Sr. and Winifred Fair Klein. For 30 years he was general manager of Bressler Metal Works in Lebanon, retiring in 1979. He was a 1931 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 1935 graduate of Villanova University. He was a member of the Lebanon Knights of Columbus. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons Jose A. Klein III of Thomasville, Ga., Peter P. Klein of Phoenixville, Thomas J. Klein of Lebanon and Theodore W. Klein at home; daughters Mary Ellen, wife of Timothy Pyles, and Rebecca M., wife of James Veser, both of Lebanon, Patrice K. wife of Peter Garrett of Palmyra, Michelle L., wife of Stephen Levin of Atlanta, Ga., and Susan K., wife of Thomas Keller of Newmanstown; brothers Daniel Klein of Lebanon and James Klein of North Carolina; a sister, Rose Murray of Lebanon; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Winifred M. Klein. His funeral will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
